We deliver to all major cities, towns, and rural areas across Pakistan using the country's most trusted courier networks (including TCS, Leopard Courier, and Trax). No matter where you are in Pakistan, OuterFit ensures your gear reaches your doorstep.

To provide you with the best shopping experience, OuterFit offers FREE DELIVERY nationwide on all orders. * No Minimum Order Value: Whether you buy a single item or multiple products, shipping is absolutely free.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Our team works efficiently to get your package to you as fast as possible:

• Order Processing Time: All orders placed before 04:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2 to 3 Working Days.

  • Rest of Pakistan (Smaller cities, towns, and remote regions): 3 to 5 Working Days.

4. Payment Options

At OuterFit, we offer flexible payment methods for your convenience:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the courier rider only when you receive your parcel.

2. Prepaid Payments: Advance payment options via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Direct Bank Transfer are also available at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an SMS and/or Email containing your unique Tracking ID and a direct link. You can use this to track your parcel's journey in real-time.

6. Important Delivery Terms

• Active Contact Number: Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are 100% accurate. Courier riders always call before delivering; if the call remains unanswered, delivery may be delayed.

• Parcel Inspection: For security and courier compliance, riders do not allow parcels to be opened before payment (applicable to COD orders). If you face any sizing or product issues after opening, you are fully covered under our hassle-free Exchange Policy.
